Our client is Lebara.com, a major European telecommunications company serving the B2C market with SIM cards and mobile services. Operating in a fast-paced, consumer-driven industry, Lebara required a digital presence as dynamic and accessible as its value-focused offerings.

Lebara.com’s website and app design had become outdated, creating a significant barrier to growth. The user flow was illogical, with confusing navigation and information architecture that frustrated potential customers, directly impacting conversion rates.
