Challenge
For PR the new Regolo product, the main challenge was building trust and recognition among a B2B audience: tech companies, developers, and AI teams. However, the niche is highly competitive and dominated by American players. At launch, Regolo had zero digital presence: no publications and no paid campaigns.
Project goals
Increase Brand Visibility and Trust through Media, drive Adoption among Developers and Businesses and position Regolo.ai as a Thought Leader in AI.
Our tasks
- Develop a PR strategy for the European, UK, and US markets.
- Select relevant technology and AI media outlets for content placement.
- Prepare content and visual assets in line with the requirements of the selected platforms.
- Oversee publication and summarize the campaign results.
What We Did
Developed the strategy and selected the media
We started with a product analysis and a briefing with the Seeweb team. As part of the PR campaign setup, we defined the brand’s key messages – core ideas that were consistently reflected across all materials and communications.

Once the direction was set, we approved a media plan that included nine relevant international B2B publications, such as TechTimes, FintechNews, BusinessCloud, and others. When selecting outlets, we focused on their relevance, authority within the AI community, and access to an English-speaking technology audience.

Prepared the content and visuals
We produced articles, press releases, and expert pieces for each outlet, taking into account its editorial policy and style from more neutral announcements to in-depth reviews featuring expert commentary. In every piece, we made sure to highlight Regolo’s key advantages.

For the articles, we created visual materials: banners, illustrations, and covers. They emphasized the brand’s core attributes: technological sophistication, clean energy, European roots, and transparency.

Monitored publications and wrapped up the campaign
We oversaw the placements, making sure each publication met the agreed standards: proper formatting, links, visuals, and deadlines. After the campaign ended, we gathered data on reach and CPM, compared results across platforms, analyzed engagement, and prepared recommendations for the next round of promotion.

Results
The subscription-based model allowed Regolo to receive full-cycle PR support from strategy to publication. The campaign gave the product a strong start on the international stage:
- Total reach:
2,568,500 users, with publications released across 9 reputable platforms. - Average CPM:
$37.02, with the lowest at $1.50. These are strong results for most media outlets, allowing the budget to be spent effectively. - Maximum reach of a single publication:
1,864,500 views, thanks to a native format and a timely, relevant topic.
What this delivered for the client
The campaign’s key measurable metrics were reach and cost per impression (CPM), as the project was at the launch stage and focused on building awareness and trust. The client secured media presence in relevant AI publications, established a European brand positioning, and received the first inbound inquiries from the market.
The client gained a systematic PR model that can be scaled for expansion into new markets and new product initiatives. We built a controlled process with clear roles, dedicated leads for each direction, and a unified quality standard that doesn’t depend on individual contributors and doesn’t break down as the volume of work grows.
