Impossible Cloud is a European B2B cloud solutions provider offering data storage, infrastructure, and data centers located within the EU. Its target audience is medium and large enterprises that are already using or transitioning from local servers to cloud-based solutions. For these businesses, it’s crucial that the services meet strict European GDPR standards for data security and privacy.

Impossible Cloud operates in a highly competitive and tightly regulated market. Trust in the brand and its expertise is essential because clients store sensitive data and can’t afford any risks when it comes to security or legal compliance. Businesses need clear, reliable solutions from a provider they can trust.

Objective

The client approached us with a request to strengthen their marketing communications through video. Our task was to create a series of distinctive, dynamic videos to help explain a complex B2B product and make the brand stand out in a crowded market. The client expected to receive a versatile visual tool that could be used at offline events, in digital campaigns, and during partner presentations.

What We Did

Dived into the product and developed the concept

We started with onboarding: clarifying the goals for the videos and exploring the company’s unique strengths and values. Based on this, we shaped the concept for a series of four videos:

  • 2 short Reels for social media
  • 1 brand awareness ad
  • 1 product video with interface visualization

Each video was centered around one key product value: performance, reliability, GDPR compliance, and ease of integration.

These four core Impossible Cloud values became the foundation for both the scripts and the visual language of the videos

 Wrote the scripts and produced the videos

We deliberately avoided overloading the videos with technical jargon, making them universal and relevant for CEOs, sales teams, and CFOs alike. Each video focused on a specific business value:

  • In the Hot Storage video, we highlighted access speed and the benefits for companies that value fast response and scalability.
  • In the Cloud Storage video, we emphasized infrastructure reliability, data protection, and compliance with strict business requirements in the EU.
  • In the Speicherfreude video, we showed how simple and enjoyable it is to switch to cloud solutions, focusing on emotional impact.
  • In the commercial product video, we showcased technological expertise and built a recognizable visual style. This type of video can be used on any platform to present the product and build trust in the brand.

Results

As part of the subscription, we delivered four videos on time for different business goals:

  • 2 Reels for social media
  • 1 brand awareness ad
  • 1 product video with interface visualization

The videos turned out short, dynamic, and versatile, fitting perfectly across different communication channels. The client is already using them on social media, at events, and in partner presentations.
