From Startup to Strong iGaming Brand: Launching Darpha Studios Across Social Media and the B2B Scene
Overview
Darpha Studios is a young B2B content provider in the iGaming market. The company develops slot and crash games for operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms. The team was just entering the international market and preparing to participate in the SiGMA Malta and SiGMA Rome exhibitions.

Problem
At launch, the client had no digital presence — no social media, no visual identity, and no structured content plan. In this state, the company risked going unnoticed at major industry expos and failing to build trust with potential partners.
Objective
To enter the B2B market, we needed to build a full-scale digital profile for Darpha Studios:
- launch social media channels,
- develop a visual identity system,
- prepared a full B2B presentation for partner meetings and expos,
- set up regular content production.
What We Did
Created a One-Pager Strategy and Action Plan
We started with the foundation — strategy. Together with the Darpha team, we defined the key goals and, based on that, prepared a One-Pager Strategy using the JustPlay template — a concise document that sets a unified brand tone, describes the target audience, defines communication style, and identifies priority platforms.
Next, we developed an Action Plan — a step-by-step roadmap for the first stage of work. The subscription format gave us flexibility to allocate time between strategy, design, and content. The client immediately gained a clear view of the workflow — who’s responsible for what, how success is measured, and which tasks come first.
Created a B2B Presentation
We developed a presentation for Darpha Studios to use at meetings and industry expos. Our team gathered the content, structured it clearly, and designed it in a modern, minimalist style. Thanks to the subscription format, we quickly tested several concepts and refined the materials based on client feedback without any delays.
As a result, Darpha received a complete B2B communication tool — a presentation that looks professional and helps the brand confidently represent itself in the market.
Launched SMM
We set up and launched Darpha Studios’ social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. Our team created a content series and visual guides to ensure consistency across all posts and reflect the brand’s style. To raise the creative quality and draw inspiration from best practices, we analyzed other iGaming content studios, identified strong design solutions, and adapted them to fit Darpha’s identity. The focus was on organic growth and high-quality visuals.

By the second month, we refreshed the strategy: added more playful, game-focused content, increased audience engagement through a livelier tone and visuals that reflected the studio’s spirit, and tailored the approach for each platform. LinkedIn featured professional posts and industry updates, while Instagram focused on visual storytelling and the team’s atmosphere.

Darpha Studios gained a complete digital presence and a full set of digital communication tools for B2B communication:
