Chimpzee is an innovative platform combining environmental conservation with earning opportunities. It offers unique methods for users to generate income while contributing positively to the environment and animal welfare. Through its diverse activities like the Chimpzee Shop, NFT Marketplace, and Zero Tolerance Game, Chimpzee engages users in sustainable practices while providing financial incentives. Its NFT passports play a crucial role in maximizing user rewards within the Chimpzee ecosystem.

In September 2023, Chimpzee.io, an innovative crypto project, partnered with NinjaPromo to overcome several pressing challenges. This unique platform combines cryptocurrency with environmental conservation, empowering users to earn rewards through CHMPZ tokens and NFT passports while supporting causes like wildlife protection and reforestation. By addressing global issues such as deforestation and species extinction, Chimpzee.io stands out as a community-driven initiative that blends financial growth with meaningful impact.

Chimpzee.io sought to boost its performance on Google Display Ads, increase engagement on social media, and improve moderation in its Telegram channel. These objectives became the foundation of our collaboration.

All in all we had 3 key areas of responsibility:

 

Google Display Ads Campaigns

The goal was to create and optimize advertising campaigns that would effectively target users across multiple regions and raise awareness about the project while minimizing advertising costs. This required crafting visually compelling ads, setting precise targeting, and navigating the complex restrictions Google imposes on cryptocurrency projects.

 

Social Media Management (SMM)

Chimpzee.io needed a robust strategy to build an engaged online presence on Twitter (X) and Instagram. The objective was to communicate the project’s dual mission—crypto earnings and environmental conservation—while attracting and retaining a diverse audience. A robust content strategy was essential to balance financial and ecological messaging effectively.

 

Telegram Channel Moderation

The project’s Telegram channel was experiencing a range of issues, including spam, toxic behavior, and a lack of engagement. Our task was to establish order, build trust within the community, and create a vibrant hub for discussions about Chimpzee.io and its mission. Moderation required swift responses to questions, removal of inappropriate content, and fostering a positive atmosphere.

 

Addressing Advertising Challenges on Google Display Ads

Advertising cryptocurrency projects on Google comes with inherent challenges due to strict policies. A strategic approach is essential to navigate potential account suspensions, even when adhering to Google’s guidelines. As a specialist Google Ads agency, we acted swiftly to submit appeals supported by detailed documentation, validating the project’s compliance and legitimacy. Simultaneously, we refined ad copy and visuals to minimize the risk of policy flags. This proactive approach required agility, precision, and close coordination with the Chimpzee.io internal team to maintain campaign momentum.

The campaign’s success relied on identifying the right audiences and optimizing ad performance. Our team designed visually appealing ads in multiple formats, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9, highlighting the project’s unique value propositions. We strategically targeted audiences in key markets like China, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, and English-speaking regions such as the USA, Canada, and Australia.

The campaign initially focused on actions like “Buy Now” and “How to Buy” during the initial fundraising phase. After meeting these targets, we shifted to engaging actions such as “Connect Wallet” and “Read Whitepaper.” These adjustments allowed us to continually lower the cost per conversion while increasing click-through rates (CTR) and overall conversion rates (CR).

Building a Balanced Social Media Presence

Revitalizing Chimpzee.io’s social media presence on Twitter and Instagram required a clear strategy to highlight its unique dual mission: a crypto earning platform with a focus on environmental conservation. Communicating these two facets effectively meant ensuring consistency and clarity across all content.

We began by analyzing the target audience, which consisted of two primary groups:

  1. Crypto enthusiasts seeking innovative ways to earn and diversify their portfolios.
  2. Environmentally conscious individuals looking to support impactful projects.

 

Early attempts at social media engagement revealed the complexities of uniting these distinct audiences. Crypto-focused followers wanted more technical and financial content, while environmentally conscious users preferred stories about conservation efforts. To address this, we crafted a content strategy that divided messaging into two themes:

  • Posts about Chimpzee.io’s financial tools, including CHMPZ tokens and NFT passports.

  • Posts highlighting its environmental mission, such as reforestation projects and wildlife protection initiatives.

Posts about the environmental mission were designed to be emotionally engaging and inspiring, while content on cryptocurrency was technical and detail-oriented. Content was published three to four times a week, alternating between these themes to maintain audience interest. This adjustment gradually balanced the interests of both groups while also attracting new followers.

 

Transforming a Toxic Telegram Atmosphere

Chimpzee.io’s Telegram channel presented one of the most immediate and pressing challenges. While the channel already had a substantial user base, it was rampant with spam, negativity, and a lack of meaningful interaction. Users expressed dissatisfaction, and new members were often deterred by the chaotic environment.

We started by implementing strict moderation rules to address the chaos. Moderators were tasked with:

  • Responding to user queries within three to five minutes.
  • Removing spam, inappropriate messages, and misinformation.
  • Encouraging positive interactions and discussions.

While these measures curbed much of the chaos, automated spam bots persisted, posing a significant challenge. To combat this, we introduced advanced filtering systems and expanded the moderation team to provide round-the-clock coverage. Still, technical solutions alone weren’t enough. We focused on rebuilding trust and fostering genuine engagement within the community.

Our team initiated daily posts featuring blockchain news, crypto trends, and updates about Chimpzee.io. These posts provided valuable content and shifted the channel’s focus from negativity to constructive conversations. We also actively engaged with users to gather feedback, which was shared with Chimpzee.io’s team to improve the project’s offerings.

After weeks of intensive work, the channel underwent a complete transformation. User activity increased, participants began asking more questions and sharing their experiences. We not only restored order but also turned the channel into a hub for friendly and constructive interaction.

  8. Used Google Ads and Coinzilla to drive traffic and conversions, featuring strong calls-to-action and continuously A/B testing to refine messaging and visuals.
